Strandfontein AFC Returns & Refunds Policy

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return items under the following conditions:

– The item was purchased directly from our online shop.
– The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the item.
– The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.
– Proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt) is provided.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

– Personalized or custom-made items (e.g., printed shirts with names or numbers).
– Clearance or discounted sale items.
– Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered after delivery.

 

3. Return Process

To request a return, please follow these steps:

1. Email secretary@strandfonteinafc.co.za with your order number, the reason for the return, and photos if applicable.
2. Await confirmation from our team with return instructions.
3. Once approved, return the item to the address provided at your own cost (unless the item was received damaged or incorrect).
4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

4. Exchanges

If you received the wrong size or product, we are happy to exchange it, subject to availability. The process is the same as above—please email us first to arrange an exchange.

 

5. Refunds

If your return is approved:

– A refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
– Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
