We’re excited to kick off a brand new season at Strandfontein AFC and we can’t wait to welcome back our players, parents, officials and supporters and of course, some new faces too!
To keep things running smoothly and stress-free, here’s a friendly guide to our player and official registration process. Please take a few minutes to read through. It will save time for everyone and help us get you onto the field faster.
Who must register?
- All players and club officials must complete registration at the start of the season.
- Each member (or parent/guardian for juniors) must complete their own registration.
- Coaches, managers, and officials cannot register on behalf of others.
- Submissions must be complete and correct to be processed.
How to register (Online Only):
All registrations are done online via our official website:
- Visit
www.strandfonteinafc.co.za(strandfonteinafc.co.za in Bing) - Click on “REGISTRATION”
- Select the correct category
- Complete all required fields
- Upload the necessary documents
- Tick the Code of Conduct and Parent Handbook boxes
- Submit
You’ll then be redirected to a payment page.
Please note: registrations via WhatsApp, email or manual forms cannot be accepted.
Registration Details:
- Personal Information
- Full name and surname
- New registration or renewal
- Contact number and email address (email is essential)
- Physical address
- Medical conditions (if applicable)
- Parent/guardian details for all junior players
Document Uploads
- A clear colour photo (white background)
- A clear copy of an ID document or birth certificate
- Clearance certificate (for transfers)

Payments made easy
- No cash payments
- Payments must be made directly into the club’s bank account

Payment Reminder
- A minimum of 50% is required to activate your registration
- Registrations without payment cannot be processed
- Full payment is encouraged where possible
