Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving full payment.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and is ready for delivery or collection.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Options

We currently offer the following delivery methods:

– Local Delivery (Cape Town areas only): 4 to 6 weeks unless otherwise stated. Delivery is arranged with the buyer after payment is confirmed.
– Collection at Strandfontein Sports Ground: Free of charge. You will be notified once your order is ready for collection, and a suitable collection time will be arranged.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to availability, weather conditions, or unforeseen delays.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs for local delivery are calculated at checkout based on your location. Collection at the Strandfontein Sports Ground is free of charge.

Delivery Communication

Once your order is processed, you will be contacted to arrange delivery or collection. Please ensure your contact details are accurate during checkout.

Delivery Issues

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time frame, or if you have any concerns, please contact us at:

Please report any delivery issues within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receipt with clear photos and your order number. We will resolve the issue promptly.

Shipping Restrictions

– We currently only deliver within Cape Town.
– Collection is only available at the Strandfontein Sports Ground.
